NBC Universal Studios
NBC Universal Studios was adding a new attraction to their theme park. Site development was in conflict with an existing oak tree and required an arborist report. The arborist report was an important component in getting the project moved forward. Not only did our arborist include all pertinent facts that related to the oak tree, but we also discovered uncovered tree problems. This allowed NBC Universal Studios to move in a decisive factor which helped support our client's position in adding the new theme park attraction on this particular site.
The report was in an easy-to-read and understandable format. As a result, we were able to provide a successful resolution in helping the construction project move forward in a timely manner.
